At Sheringham High School we use a Cashless Catering System. The system provides us with an efficient, fast, and high-quality service and incorporates the latest technology, meaning students don’t need to carry cash throughout the day. This also reduces the chances of students forgetting to bring in their money or losing it enroute to school.
The system is biometric so there is no need for students to carry a card as the system will recognise the thumbprint of your son/daughter at the tills. Please be assured that this information will never be given, leased, or sold to any third party.
A daily spend limit of £3.60 will initially be set. This will more than cover the cost of a main course and a dessert. If your child wishes to also have a snack at break time, they may need your permission to increase their limit. Spend limits can be increased or decreased for an individual student by emailing the school office on office@sheringhamhigh.org.uk. Please note this is not a credit facility and we ask that you please monitor your child’s account balance carefully so that they remain in credit. Whilst we will never allow a child to go hungry, school budgets do not allow for negative balances in lunch accounts.
In order to add money to your child’s account please visit their Arbor account and click on payments and follow the instructs. If you are experiencing difficulties, we can accept card payments over the phone by calling the school reception.
